About Tina

A Dualy Registered Kinesiologist-Athletic Therapist and Massage Therapist, I offer one-on-one injury rehabilitation and strength & conditioning services within a comfortable environment bursting with positive energy. My specialty is CORE strength & stability. If you want a functional and sexy core, my private studio is the place to be! Whether working with a client to promote decreased pain and healing, or working to improve fitness and body composition,  the body will always be addressed as a whole and I integrate functional, and holistic programs. I examine every client as an individual with an individual history and work to correct muscle imbalance and to improve joint mobility so as to help return the body to its most biomechanically efficient state.

My mission is to offer only the BEST in customer service and care and I strive to deliver this. I continually seek to remain current with my knowledge and skills and participate in on-going learning via courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.
